Careers at Watermark
BUILD YOUR CAREER ON THE WATER.
Join a growing marine service company working on privately owned yachts throughout San Diego. Watermark is looking for a capable, dependable technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality work, and wants the opportunity to grow with the company.
The opportunity
More than another technician job.
Watermark provides yacht management, technical service, and captain services for yachts throughout San Diego. Because we manage vessels as well as repair them, our technicians get to know the boats, their systems, and their owners—not simply move from one service call to the next. You’ll work across a wide range of marine systems, from preventative maintenance and inspections to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, electronics, installations, and complex troubleshooting. We are building a small, highly capable team with an emphasis on doing excellent work, documenting it properly, and following through for the client. For the right person, this position has room to develop into a significant role as Watermark grows.
Varied, hands-on work
Work across complete yacht systems—not the same repair every day. Diagnose problems, perform maintenance, complete installations, and see the results of your work.
Professional environment
Work primarily aboard privately owned yachts throughout San Diego with clients who value quality, communication, and proper maintenance.

Ready to come aboard?
We’re interested in what you can actually do—not just what is written on a résumé. Send us a short introduction describing your experience, the types of systems or equipment you enjoy working on, and what you’re looking for in your next position. Include a résumé or work history if available.
